ASHIO is an Australian fashion and lifestyle brand in development, operated by ASHIO PTY LTD (ABN 14 653 223 977, ACN 653 223 977). This pre-launch website introduces our philosophy and allows people to join the ASHIO community. References to “ASHIO”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ASHIO PTY LTD.

Content on this website is general information about ASHIO and our intended brand direction. Product concepts, availability, launch dates, events, prices and other plans may change. Nothing on this pre-launch website constitutes an offer to sell products or a guarantee that a particular product, release or event will become available.

3. Joining the ASHIO community

When you actively consent, we may send ASHIO news, launch updates, event invitations and product marketing. These terms cover the current pre-launch website only. Separate ecommerce terms addressing orders, pricing, payment, delivery, returns, refunds, promotions and product warranties will be required before online sales begin.
